So i made it. Over 200g total in just 2 days.
Auctioneer is improving getting more accurate data with each scan. However no ground shaking deals so far, but since the server is a full one, i would expect other "business man" to interfere.
I am trying in the same time to level up 2 professions on the Death Knight. I will reaveal which are those later on :)
In the mean time the target will be a character total of minimum of 400g by tomorrow evening, which should be attainable.
This is arround of 15 - 20 minutes / day scan, bid and post job, and as long as you have the right tools (addons) and an open mind is easy as cake.
I am using the following addons:
Auctioneer
MarketWatcher
EasyMail
and some other i can't remember right now.

grats. Question for you I to am on a server that's full and there are their is lots of competition. So much that the prices of finished goods don't create a huge profit when purchasing raw mats. when I say huge I mean like 1-5 gold. how do you and how would you deal with this
On large servers, there are usually a lot of people = large competition. You can't really do anything against competitors that are happy with 1-5g profit over their work.What you can do is find your own niche.
The good thing about making gold on a full server is that there is always something requested that was not covered by the offer. The item(s) can vary a lot. For example you can sell things like horde/alliance only items. Some servers have their business man in the area, some don't.
Now i doubt that for an icy cloak for example the profit is only 5- 10g with AH bought materials, but you can always find some item that creates enough profit .
